Current-State Data Analyst (Soft/LTC)

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, validate, and maintain the current-state test inventory from LTC (the current-state system of record).
• Validate current-state test definitions and maintain the baseline test inventory used as the starting point for the crosswalk.
• Control the quality and accuracy of current-state extracts on an ongoing basis as source data changes.
• Support the Lead Data Analyst in defining comparison rules by ensuring current-state data is complete, accurate, and well-documented.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or data validation roles.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills; comfortable extracting and reconciling data from an operational source system.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and experience maintaining data accuracy in large, evolving datasets.
• Ability to document data definitions clearly for downstream technical and business audiences.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Direct experience with Soft/LTC or comparable legacy laboratory information systems.
• Experience with clinical laboratory test menus, orderable/resultable test structures.
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery or similar cloud-based data platforms.
