Join Manulife's Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Technology team as a Product Delivery Manager supporting Investment Law & Compliance platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business, technology, and investment operations, driving strategic initiatives that strengthen regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management capabilities. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations leaders to deliver innovative solutions that support front-to-back investment processes. Position Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day product delivery activities across Investment Law & Compliance technology initiatives.
- Own delivery planning, forecasting, Jira backlog management, and story point tracking to ensure successful execution.
- Publish regular updates highlighting delivery progress, business value, risks, and key accomplishments.
- Monitor product financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
- Present project status, milestones, dependencies, and risks to senior leadership and governance committees.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, business process flows, functional specifications, and product requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and quality engineering teams across the delivery lifecycle.
- Support Agile ceremonies, PI planning, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and release management.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Lead functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Partner with front-office, operations, compliance, and technology teams to improve data quality, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Analyze data using SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate implementation activities across global business and technology teams, including offshore and vendor partners.
- Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and oversee resolution efforts.
- Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools, including GitHub Copilot, Jira Rovo, and Confluence AI, to improve delivery effectiveness.
- Develop executive presentations and steering committee materials to communicate progress, outcomes, and strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in Product Delivery, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Technology Delivery roles.
- 3 or more years of experience supporting Investment Law & Compliance, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of investment operations, compliance workflows, regulatory processes, and associated technology ecosystems.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions, user stories, and process workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe practices.
- Strong SQL skills with experience performing data analysis, reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile delivery tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Investment Management, or Capital Markets technology functions.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, process digitization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Experience with system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise technology platforms.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Jira Rovo, or Confluence AI.
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to executive stakeholders and governance committees.
- Knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, or regulatory reporting processes.

Salary range is expected to be between
$113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
