About the Role
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end implementations across multiple SaaS product lines, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption for clients. This role requires strong project management expertise, exceptional client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams. The Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and scalable implementation processes.
Essential Functions
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent implementations across multiple product lines from kickoff through go-live and hand off to support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Configuration, Client Services, Sales, and Support
- Facilitate client kickoff meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and status calls
- Own the creation and management of configuration tickets from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines are met
- Conduct testing and validation of all configurations prior to client turnover to ensure quality and accuracy
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and dependencies
- Ensure implementation scope, timelines, and deliverables align with contractual agreements and service-level expectations
- Communicate project status clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, including executive-level updates when appropriate
- Drive product adoption by ensuring clients are successfully configured, trained, and prepared for go-live
- Document implementation processes, best practices, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement
- Contribute to scalable implementation methodologies and standards as the business grows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology environments
- Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, onboarding, and client implementation lifecycles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and product lines simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management tools and CRM platforms(e.g., Jira, Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing multi-module or multi-product SaaS platforms
- PMP or other project management certification
- Experience working within healthcare-related fields, including value analysis, supply chain, and/or alert and recall management
- Background working in scaling organizations

Travel
Up to 10% travel, based on business needs. While our roles are 100% remote, we do get together a few times a year for up to one week. Employees are given ample notice and attendance is expected.

Staritas posts compensation ranges and benefits for all open roles. The compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation offered will depend on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
