Role Overview

HAEA seeks a strategic change advocate to drive operational excellence and business growth. The Senior Business Process Analyst will partner with cross-functional executives to align organizational initiatives with company strategy through data-driven insights and performance management. This role requires strong consulting skills, stakeholder rapport, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions. A key initiative includes developing an IT Services portfolio cataloging system and methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead high-impact programs and initiatives while optimizing ROI and evaluating business cases with cost-benefit analysis
  • Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs to identify operational efficiency opportunities and drive improvements
  • Budget & Resource Oversight: Manage OpEx/CapEx budgets, resource planning, and technology investments to mitigate organizational and technology debt
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Consult with IT leadership and subdivision leaders to develop action plans, implement service management initiatives, and support business demands
  • Innovation & Insights: Champion emerging technologies and industry trends; ideate and support enterprise-level programs (workshops, hackathons, seminars) to drive IT modernization
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Develop organizational documentation including white papers, process flows, and SOPs to enable continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience: 8+ years in business analysis, process optimization, or related roles driving measurable business improvements
  • Analytical Mindset: Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Technical Proficiency: • Microsoft Office Suite (required)
  • Business intelligence and reporting tools (PowerBI, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Experience with business systems and enterprise tools (a plus)
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
  • IT Environment: Proven experience working within IT organizations or supporting IT-driven initiatives

Salary range: 103,170 to $158,873
