Are you looking for an opportunity to help shape the future of everyday banking? As an Assistant Product Manager – Current Account Integration, you’ll play a key role in one of the Society’s most important product areas during a period of exciting transformation. As we continue to simplify, integrate and grow our banking proposition, you’ll support the decisions that will enhance the current account experience for millions of members, delivering positive outcomes for customers, colleagues and the Society.

Joining the Current Accounts Integration team, you’ll work closely with the Lead Product Manager and a network of senior stakeholders to help drive integration and migration activity across our current account proposition. Using data, insights and market knowledge, you’ll contribute to business cases, decision-making materials and strategic recommendations that support future product development and investment priorities. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence meaningful change while developing your expertise within a collaborative, fast-paced and highly visible team.

We’re looking for someone with experience in product, banking, financial services, transformation or proposition development, ideally within current accounts or everyday banking. You’ll have a strong understanding of customer journeys and the current account landscape, excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw clear insights, and confidence producing high-quality presentations and materials for senior audiences. If you enjoy navigating complexity, influencing decisions and helping deliver commercially successful products that make a real difference to members, we’d love to hear from you.

The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 30 and 35.
