Our Cybersecurity Consulting team translates security requirements into working solutions. We recommend technical tools and then collaborate with clients to configure, deploy, and adhere to product security policies and controls.

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, Third-Party Security Risk Management (TPSRM), Supply Chain Security, or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise managing complex cyber risk programs.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and executive leadership teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence strategic risk decisions, challenge assumptions, and provide consultative guidance on high-impact cybersecurity, third-party, and supply chain risk matters.
  • Extensive experience conducting and overseeing complex third-party security assessments, evaluating control effectiveness, identifying systemic risks, and developing risk-based recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOC 2, and industry best practices applicable to third-party risk management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing executive-level risk reports, presentations, and briefing materials that translate technical findings into business risk impacts and actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate ambiguous information, synthesize complex data sets, and form defensible risk positions.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, governance committees, and external partners.
  • Broad cross-domain cybersecurity expertise, including knowledge of areas such as cloud security, application security, identity and access management, incident response, data protection, infrastructure security, and supply chain security.
  • Experience developing, enhancing, and operationalizing security governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, policies, standards, and control requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of risk awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement

Desirable Requirements

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCSP, GIAC, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with AI‑related security risks, particularly as they apply to third‑party use of AI technologies.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
