Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience with system architecture, system design, and system analysis.
- Experience with solution implementation, solution validation, and systems configuration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading solution architecture and systems integrations.
- Experience in supply chain solutions leveraging AI/ML.
- Experience with full cycle ERP solution implementation in supply chain.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and planning models.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with a demonstrable bias toward action.

US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Lead the creation and communication of a long-term business systems strategy that scales with the business and supports cross-functional goals.
- Act as the primary systems expert and liaison to foster partnerships and secure alignment on technology solutions across units like Cloud, Core Engineering, and Finance.
- Prioritize and lead projects that integrate AI into core supply chain systems to improve business value, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Provide leadership for strategic and complex system implementations, ensuring they are delivered within budget, on time, and meet quality standards.
- Drive the adoption of SAP and other third-party vendors by transforming their capabilities to modernize processes and maximize Return on Investment (ROI) across the supply chain.
