As a Manufacturing Reliability Site Resource, you’ll serve as a technical leader focused on driving strategies that maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime across our operations. In this role, you will apply advanced maintenance methodologies to build capability, sustain improvements, and deliver measurable results that strengthen overall plant reliability.
This position is based on-site at our Grand Rapids manufacturing facility, where you’ll partner closely with reliability specialists, operations teams, and plant leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to lead impactful projects, coach teams, and influence plant-wide performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement practices.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Implement Advanced Maintenance Strategies – Deploy structured maintenance processes, including autonomous maintenance and reliability-centered practices, to improve equipment performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis – Analyze data and equipment performance trends to identify chronic losses and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Develop Technical Training – Design and deliver training programs that strengthen team capability in maintenance systems, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement tools.
- Drive Cost-Savings – Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and deliver measurable plant performance gains.
- Coach and Empower Teams – Partner with supervisors and managers to build reliability-focused leadership capabilities and strengthen team effectiveness.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience leading technical or maintenance improvement initiatives
- Hands-on expertise with structured maintenance methodologies (e.g., TPM, autonomous maintenance, reliability practices)
- Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and plant performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, tracking, and communication
Compensation
The annual salary range is $81,300 - $106,680, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
