About the role

  • Prepare, reconcile, review, and analyze financial records and reports to support revenue analytics.
  • Communicate actual results, forecasts, and variances against plans and budgets.
  • Analyze customer behavior, revenue composition, and product profitability trends.
  • Prepare and present monthly variance analyses to support business performance reviews.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for revenue-related disclosures (10Q and 10K filings).
  • Coordinate with Revenue Operations and Finance teams to compile data for SEC reporting.
  • Partner with revenue and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial close and reporting.
  • Build relationships with business leaders to understand trends, opportunities, and business drivers.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports to Finance leadership.
  • Support Executive Management and department leaders through in-depth financial analysis.
  • Assist with SOX compliance activities related to financial reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Revenue Reporting
  • Financial Reporting
  • Analytics or related fields
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
  • Experience building financial models for business and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
