We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Product Manager, Collateral & Funding Markets to join our Global Collateral Platform. This role is located in New York City

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • 10+ years of experience in capital markets, product management, trading, operations, market infrastructure, or strategy, with a focus on collateralized financing markets such as repo, securities lending, or secured funding.
  • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. funding markets and U.S. government securities markets, including strong familiarity with U.S. Treasuries, agency MBS, and agency debt instruments.
  • Proven track record of designing, launching, or managing financial products, infrastructure capabilities, or strategic initiatives involving triparty repo structures, collateral workflows, or secured financing operating models.
  • Deep working knowledge of funding market dynamics, including dealer-to-client and interdealer activity, central bank liquidity operations, and the interaction between public- and private-sector funding channels.
  • Strong familiarity with Federal Reserve liquidity frameworks and related public-sector liquidity mechanisms, including the Discount Window, Standing Repo Facility, Reverse Repo operations, collateral pre-positioning, and liquidity readiness considerations.
  • Experience working on or alongside public-sector, central-bank, or regulatory-facing initiatives, preferably involving the Federal Reserve System.
  • Knowledge of the settlement and operating infrastructure supporting U.S. government securities and secured funding.
  • Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams to structure new products or market solutions while maintaining appropriate regulatory, control, and documentation standards.
  • Strong ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning policy advocacy, product design, business requirements, operating model development, and phased delivery execution.
  • Ability to interface credibly with public-sector stakeholders, institutional clients, and senior internal stakeholders across Treasury, legal, risk, operations, technology, and product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex market structure and liquidity concepts into clear product strategy and executive-ready materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Public Policy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Direct experience public-sector market structure initiatives.
  • Experience with Fed, Discount Window, FHLB advance structures, liquidity readiness programs, collateral pre-positioning frameworks, or public/private liquidity interoperability topics.
  • Experience working at or with custodians, clearing banks, primary dealers, broker-dealers, asset managers, official-sector institutions, or other market infrastructure providers.
  • Familiarity with collateral transaction types, collateral optimization tools, collateral management platforms, or securities and loan collateral workflows.
  • Direct exposure to regulatory, policy, or industry groups such as SIFMA, TMPG, ISDA, or similar forums.
  • Strong project or program management background and familiarity with Agile product development, technology delivery environments, or platform-based transformation work, including digital assets.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
