Responsible for leading the development and evolution of the Product Operations Playbook. Responsibilities include standardizing how product teams operate, scaling best practices across teams, and ensuring operational excellence through repeatable, data-driven frameworks.
Essential Functions
- Playbook Development & Governance• Own the development, documentation, and rollout of our Product Operations Playbook
- Establish and evolve best practices for product planning, roadmap rituals, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration
- Define frameworks that support consistency and transparency in how product work is delivered across teams
- Operational Excellence & Optimization• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current product processes and lead initiatives to streamline and improve them
- Create and manage scalable templates, tools, and training to enable product team efficiency
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders to drive clarity, accountability, and alignment
- Change Management & Enablement• Lead onboarding and continuous education efforts for product teams on new practices, tools, and processes
- Serve as the go-to resource for playbook adoption and iteration feedback
- Monitor effectiveness of operational practices through feedback loops, KPIs, and retrospectives
- Data & Insights• Support the implementation of operational metrics to evaluate product delivery health and execution
- Collaborate with analytics and tooling teams to ensure product operations data is visible, accurate, and actionable
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Product Management, Operations, or related field)
Minimum Experience
4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or related roles within a technology, SaaS, or product-led organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience creating scalable frameworks, process maps, or playbooks
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structured outcomes across complex environments
Experience working in a scaled product organization or supporting multiple product teams
Background in product analytics or experience with dashboard tools
Passion for operational rigor and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications: o Experience with portfolio planning, PI planning, or enterprise Agile/SAFe environments o Strong systems thinking—able to connect the dots across people, process, and tools o Background in scaling operations for growing product organizations

Additional Details: Position is eligible for remote work & may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.
