QA Specialist
We are looking for Quality Assurance specialist who will be a part of a team ensuring control and oversight of incoming GxP materials used in production.
Work location: Sæmundargata 15-19 and Lambhagavegur 7.
Scope and responsibility:
- Provide general QA expertise and support for Warehouse.
- QA oversight and assuring compliance of incoming GxP materials used in production.
- Introduction of new materials for GMP use.
- Maintaining qualification status of existing materials.
- Assessments of change notifications from material suppliers.
- QA disposition of incoming GxP materials.
- Generating incoming GxP material specifications.
- QA review and approval of Quality Management System documents.
- Participate in other quality related projects as needed.
Job requirements:
- University degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, or related fields.
- Job experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desired.
- Experience with SAP is beneficial.
- Experience in working with quality systems and GMP environment of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and willingness to learn are desired attributes.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent team working skills and positive work ethics.
- Proficient English skills are a requirement.
