Who You Are:

Galaxy Custody Infrastructure provides technology solutions for the secure custody of digital cryptographic financial assets. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the company’s digital asset custody infrastructure platform. You will ensure that the product meets clients’ needs, remains competitive, and aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, leadership, and customers to shape the product vision and drive the roadmap of a highly secure digital asset platform.

This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver complex product capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Development
  • You will work closely with the development team to define product strategy, translate it into clear requirements, and prioritize initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of the company’s digital asset custody infrastructure platform
  • Own new features end-to-end, from definition and planning through execution, customer feedback and iteration
  • Work closely with engineering teams to delivery complex capabilities with a highly secure financial infrastructure
  • Meet with existing and potential customers and partners to better understand their needs, incorporate these insights into the product roadmap, and prioritize execution
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, and leadership teams to ensure product initiatives align with business strategy and customer needs
  • Market Analysis
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends. Use these insights to shape roadmap vision and planning, ensuring the product remains competitive and aligned with market demands.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience working in a B2B crypto company
  • Knowledge of digital cryptographic financial assets, blockchain technology, and related security protocols
  • Understanding of cryptographic concepts, including public/private key encryption, digital signatures, and hashing algorithms
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, or Trello
  • Understanding of web analytics and experience with tools such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including sales team, R&D teams, executive management, and customers
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with ambiguity and continuous change
  • English – professional proficiency
