Full description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in devising and executing product strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Own the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to the monitoring and management of key product financials
  • Drive market intelligence and trend analysis to proactively identify new opportunities and support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with different stakeholders to spearhead product development and campaign projects to ensure successful launches and ongoing implementation
  • Act as key contact point for the channel support, providing expertise and ensuring channel needs are met

Qualifications:

  • University graduate in discipline such as marketing, business, statistics or actuarial
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with a proven focus on HNW market is an advantage
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams and projects independently
  • Strong business acumen, market insight, and an innovative, collaborative mindset
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
