Our dynamic retirement living team has a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Sales Manager to join their team and lead the launch and sales of our exciting new retirement living development in Bokarina.
Your Part in Our Retirement Livings Team
Reporting to the Portfolio Sales Manager, the purpose of this role is to drive the successful launch and sale of the Bokarina development, converting qualified enquiries into reservations and guiding prospective residents through the complete off-the-plan sales journey — from their first enquiry through to settlement.
Working through the construction period, you will build confidence and excitement around the development, maintain strong relationships with purchasers and their families, and ensure every customer experience is a professional, transparent and trusted sales process.

This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing property sales professional to take ownership of the sales journey for a premium retirement living development and play a key role in establishing its market presence, securing reservations and building a strong pipeline of future residents.
You will be a customer service focussed sales professional with a strong understanding and appreciation of the unique needs of your market audiences. Your strong sales acumen coupled with lateral thinking will see you fit right into the role. To ensure a good start to the role, you will also possess the following:
- Demonstrated success in off-the-plan, project or development sales, ideally within retirement living, residential apartments, or premium downsizer markets.
- Sound understanding of retirement village legislation, disclosure obligations, resident expectations and the commercial drivers that influence reservation, contract and settlement outcomes.
- Ability to influence and coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners and project contributors to support timely customer communications, issue resolution and sales momentum.
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Proven track record as a self-motivated, commercially astute and target-driven sales professional who can create urgency, progress qualified leads and convert reservations in a competitive market.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to build confidence in an off-the-plan product before completion and guide customers through a considered emotional and financial decision.
- Qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Real Estate Management; Grad Cert Leadership & Management) is desirable.
- Current Queensland Drivers Licence
