Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile application testing.
- Experience testing React Native applications.
- Strong practical knowledge of mobile testing tools such as TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, and Charles Proxy.
- Experience in the EV, e-mobility, charging infrastructure, or related domain.
- Hands-on experience with payment-related testing, including:
- transaction testing,
- failed payments and refunds,
- invoices and transaction history validation.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or higher).
- Strong API testing skills, including experience with Postman and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of browser DevTools.
- Basic knowledge of AWS.
- Experience working with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Xray, or Zephyr.
- Experience using log monitoring and analysis tools such as Datadog.
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools in QA activities, including requirements analysis, test case generation, edge case identification, and bug reporting.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and quality-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional product teams.
Nice to have:
- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Playwright or Appium.
- Previous experience working in large-scale digital products or platform ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Agile software development environments.
Project description:
We are looking for an experienced QA Manual Engineer to join a team developing a complex e-mobility ecosystem supporting both Charge Point Operators (CPO) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSP). The platform combines web and mobile applications, payment solutions, operational tools, and monitoring systems used by both business customers and end users.
You will work in a product-oriented environment where quality plays a critical role in delivering seamless user experiences across multiple interconnected systems. The organization consists of more than 20 professionals working in smaller cross-functional teams, each responsible for specific platform areas and business processes.
This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative solutions within the rapidly growing e-mobility industry while collaborating closely with product, business, and engineering stakeholders. The position operates within Polish business hours.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Plan, design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Validate business requirements and ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Test payment-related functionalities, including transactions, refunds, invoices, and transaction history.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and REST services.
- Analyze application behavior using browser DevTools, logs, and monitoring tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
- Support release validation and regression testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, UX specialists, and other stakeholders.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve test coverage, requirements analysis, defect reporting, and overall QA efficiency.
- Contribute to building and improving QA processes and best practices.
- Support test automation initiatives and gradually expand automation-related knowledge and skills.
