AI Cybersecurity Solutions DirectorThe Opportunity:

Build and define the go-to-market strategy for AI and machine learning solutions addressing enterprise security challenges such as threat detection, security operations automation, identity intelligence, data protection, and AI or model security. Shape offerings with delivery and technical leaders, while serving as the executive representative to CISOs and their teams at major companies. Own a portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts and annual revenue targets for AI cybersecurity solutions. Build and manage relationships with security leadership, translating AI capabilities into tangible security and risk outcomes. Lead the full sales cycle for complex engagements, evolving the AI-for-cyber offering set, develop account plans and growth strategies, and partner with delivery leadership to ensure quality execution. Represent Booz Allen at industry forums, providing market intelligence for offering development, and maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution sales, business development, or consulting sales, with a track record of closing complex, seven-figure deals
  • Experience successfully selling cybersecurity solutions or services to large enterprise or Fortune 500 buyers
  • Experience with carrying and consistently meeting or exceeding a revenue or bookings quota
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applicability to security problems
  • Ability to lead a credible executive conversation and shape solutions with technical teams
  • Ability to reach and influence senior or CISO level security executives
  • Ability to translate technical capability into business and risk outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working at a consulting firm, systems integrator, or cybersecurity product or services company selling into commercial enterprise
  • Experience working with and relationships across financial services, manufacturing, retail or CPG, healthcare, or energy or utilities market
  • Knowledge of modern security stack, including SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, data security, or cloud security, and where AI is being adopted across it
  • Knowledge of emerging AI-security topics, including securing enterprise AI/LLM deployments, model risk, and AI governance
  • Knowledge of enterprise regulatory and compliance drivers such as NIS2, SEC cyber disclosure, or sector-specific frameworks
  • Master’s degree in Business or Business Administration

The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $302,300.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
