ASRC Federal Mission Services, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a full-time Senior Salesforce Developer to support our government customer programs. This is a fully remote position.

Key Role:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to support mission-critical government programs
  • Partner with business analysts, program stakeholders, and end users to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and custom code
  • Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
  • Manage Salesforce release cycles, including code deployment, sandbox refreshes, and change management through CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce platform to maintain high system availability
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features, recommending enhancements to system architecture

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience developing custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant discipline required; an advanced degree may be substituted for three years of required experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
  • Must be a US Citizen to meet government contract requirements
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II or Application Architect certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset
