We are seeking a Technical Presales Project Manager to support our Presales team by turning customer discovery and technical conversations into high-quality solution documentation, coordinating presales activities, and building AI-powered tools that improve how we sell and deliver our solutions.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone who combines technical fluency, project coordination, strong communication, and a builder mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer meetings, transcripts, notes, and recordings into solution designs, scope summaries, requirements, pricing inputs, and customer-ready documentation.
- Prepare deliverables to approximately 80% completion for Solutions Architect review.
- Coordinate presales activities, action items, deadlines, and stakeholder follow-up across multiple opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity documentation in Salesforce, Rocket Lane, SharePoint, and related systems.
- Support clean and complete Presales-to-Delivery handoffs.
- Identify repetitive work and build AI tools, prompts, workflows, scripts, templates, and agents to automate it.
- Identify gaps, assumptions, and inconsistencies and escalate them appropriately.
- Help extend successful AI workflows into Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and other teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project, program, or operations management experience, managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience creating or maintaining SOWs, solution designs, pricing models, requirements, or project documentation.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and processes where work moves between multiple stakeholders, approvals, and deadlines.
- Strong ability to organize ambiguous information, identify gaps, track dependencies, and drive work to completion.
- Experience working in or supporting Sales, Presales, Customer Experience, Contact Center, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex conversations into structured, professional deliverables.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and emerging technology, with demonstrated interest in using AI to improve workflows and productivity.
- Strong analytical skills and enough technical fluency to review AI-generated technical content, identify inconsistencies, and know when something requires expert review.
- Experience using project management, CRM, PSA, or workflow tools such as Rocket Lane, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving priorities simultaneously.
- Deep curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset—someone who naturally looks for ways to make a process better, faster, and more scalable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CCaaS, CX, contact center technology, or technology consulting.
- Experience working with AI/LLM tools, automation, agents, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Cognigy, NICE CXone, Genesys, Five9, or similar platforms.
What Success Looks Like
30 days: Producing first-pass presales documentation with review.
60–90 days: Owning presales deliverable assembly and handoff coordination for active opportunities.
6 months: Meaningfully reducing Solutions Architect production time and repeatable AI-powered workflows in use.
