This is a hands-on technical role for someone who combines technical fluency, project coordination, strong communication, and a builder mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer meetings, transcripts, notes, and recordings into solution designs, scope summaries, requirements, pricing inputs, and customer-ready documentation.
  • Prepare deliverables to approximately 80% completion for Solutions Architect review.
  • Coordinate presales activities, action items, deadlines, and stakeholder follow-up across multiple opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity documentation in Salesforce, Rocket Lane, SharePoint, and related systems.
  • Support clean and complete Presales-to-Delivery handoffs.
  • Identify repetitive work and build AI tools, prompts, workflows, scripts, templates, and agents to automate it.
  • Identify gaps, assumptions, and inconsistencies and escalate them appropriately.
  • Help extend successful AI workflows into Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and other teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project, program, or operations management experience, managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience creating or maintaining SOWs, solution designs, pricing models, requirements, or project documentation.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and processes where work moves between multiple stakeholders, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Strong ability to organize ambiguous information, identify gaps, track dependencies, and drive work to completion.
  • Experience working in or supporting Sales, Presales, Customer Experience, Contact Center, SaaS, or technology environments.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex conversations into structured, professional deliverables.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and emerging technology, with demonstrated interest in using AI to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Strong analytical skills and enough technical fluency to review AI-generated technical content, identify inconsistencies, and know when something requires expert review.
  • Experience using project management, CRM, PSA, or workflow tools such as Rocket Lane, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving priorities simultaneously.
  • Deep curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset—someone who naturally looks for ways to make a process better, faster, and more scalable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CCaaS, CX, contact center technology, or technology consulting.
  • Experience working with AI/LLM tools, automation, agents, or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Cognigy, NICE CXone, Genesys, Five9, or similar platforms.

What Success Looks Like

30 days: Producing first-pass presales documentation with review.

60–90 days: Owning presales deliverable assembly and handoff coordination for active opportunities.

6 months: Meaningfully reducing Solutions Architect production time and repeatable AI-powered workflows in use.

You will love our culture if you are:

  • An ambitious intrapreneur who loves building new things.
  • Someone that loves technology, process as well as numbers – and all the space in between – to figure out the right balance of features, functionality, and affordability for each client
  • Comfortable communicating through a variety of mediums with many different audiences and objectives
  • Great at anticipating and solving problems – individually, internally, and for our clients
  • An organized self-starter who is always eager to learn something new
