How you will contribute
You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

What you need to know about this position:
The RTM Product Manager is responsible for creating and developing the product roadmap for user products which are part of the Sales IT infrastructure of Mondelēz India. This involves feature maintenance and development on products like Sales Genie, Easy order app and RD.Net DMS software in conjunction with the software partner. This role also leads the Project Mgmt and is responsible for translating business requirements stemming from RTM Strategic initiatives into product capability. The products managed by this this role also supports our sales team in Nepal and Bangladesh.

This involves feature maintenance and development on products like Sales Genie, Easy order app and RD.Net DMS software in conjunction with the software partner. This role also leads the Project Mgmt and is responsible for translating business requirements stemming from RTM Strategic initiatives into product capability. The products managed by this this role also supports our sales team in Nepal and Bangladesh.
- DMS & Reporting Tool – Ensure uninterrupted running & maintenance of Meranet, a secondary sales tracking tool adopted by Mondelez India, spread across 1700+ distributors, handling a business dynamic of 140+ SKUs and a revenue of 1Bn+ USD. Manage efficient support to field team and ensure continuous improvement on the tools to ensure high adoption and enablement for sales teams and distributor partners.
- Applications Product Management: There are multiple HH apps used by different roles across the sales and sales support hierarchy. This position owns the user journeys for the user profiles and manages the product roadmaps of these applications to 'crush complexity' and enable sales & support teams’ execution.
- Collaborative Project Management - This role has a high degree of business interface within the Transformation team and the larger sales team. Future ready Sales is the overarching mandate for the Transformation team and this role supports the integration of current and future business objectives into the product roadmaps and managing feature development pipeline.
- Process Automation & Data Pipelines – As owner of the feature development pipeline, process automation to build Operational Excellence or meet Compliance requirements will be handled by this role. Ensure any external environmental changes like ‘GST' and other statutory changes in the Indian tax system are incorporated in the Meranet ecosystem effectively and within set timelines.
- User Adoption - This role is responsible for the user adoption on all Heera products and the change management for new and existing features and modules in conjunction with Sales Capability. This will require market contact with various user profiles to understand the barriers and triggers of usage as well as the need identification through such visits and multiple interactions on various forums with the field, branch and HO Sales teams.
