You are passionate about shaping the future of digital lending experiences and driving product innovation at scale. As a Vice President Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of client-facing lending solutions that transform complex processes into seamless digital experiences. You will drive end-to-end workflow modernization and straight-through processing (STP) across the lending lifecycle, enabling faster credit decisions, improved client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.
With a strong commitment to client experience, scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations and creates measurable business value.
Job responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital lending products and client-facing application.
- Lead the digitization and process transformation of complex lending and credit origination processes.
- Drive end-to-end (E2E) workflow modernization and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and improve efficiency.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business value, risk, and technology investments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive, scalable, and compliant digital solutions.
- Leverage data, customer insights, and market research to identify innovation opportunities and drive product decisions.
- Establish and monitor key success metrics, including client adoption, digital engagement, STP rates, turnaround times, operational efficiency, risk posture, and platform reliability.
- Lead product delivery from ideation through launch and continuous optimization, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Lending, Digital Transformation, Workflow Automation, or a related domain.
- Proven experience leading complex products and strategic initiatives through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience building client-facing applications, digital servicing platforms, and self-service capabilities.
- Demonstrated success simplifying, digitizing, and automating complex business processes and workflows.
- Experience driving process transformation, workflow modernization, and straight-through processing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product strategy, data analytics, user-centered design, and platform scalability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills within highly matrixed organizations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Credit Origination, Lending Operations, or Financial Services.
- Knowledge of digital lending platforms, workflow orchestration, automation technologies, and straight-through processing solutions.
- Experience leading large-scale modernization and transformation programs.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, intelligent decisioning, and digital process optimization solutions.
