About the role

We have an opportunity for a Senior ICT Business Analyst to be part of our Core Data & Analytics Services, Major Programs team, Technology & Communication Services Command.

The Senior ICT Business Analyst works with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs; capture, analyse and document requirements; and support the delivery of ICT solutions that meet business needs.

Target Question 1:

Describe a project / give actual examples where you worked as a BA on a large system transformation or modernisation initiative, platform replacement, or a major systems integration. What was your role in bridging technical architecture decisions and business requirements, and what specific technical artefacts did you own and produce?

Target Question 2:

Walk through a time you analysed a complex data model or data flow to define business rules, data quality requirements, or reporting/analytics needs. How did you engage with data engineers or architects, and what tools (SQL, BI platforms, etc.) did you directly use yourself.
