This individual will work closely with business leaders to understand data and reporting needs, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and drive initiatives from concept through delivery.The ideal candidate combines strong communication and relationship-building skills with a solid understanding of data, analytics, and reporting environments. This person will collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business partners to ensure data solutions meet business objectives while helping expand the adoption and value of enterprise data services across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career to mid-level professional who is self-driven, curious, and eager to take ownership of business challenges while developing expertise in modern data and analytics platforms.________________________________________Target LevelJunior to Mid-Level (approximately 1-3+ years of relevant experience) Serve as a local point of contact for business stakeholders and Data Services Gather, document, and refine business requirements Work with business partners to identify opportunities for improved data and reporting solutions Coordinate with data engineers, developers, ETL teams, and reporting resources Help prioritize incoming requests and facilitate delivery efforts Track initiatives and communicate status to stakeholders Drive discussions regarding data needs, reporting requirements, and solution outcomes Influence solution design by translating stakeholder needs into business and technical requirements Build trusted relationships across multiple business functionsRequired Skills & Experience• Experience working in data, reporting, analytics, business systems, or related environments• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Experience facilitating discussions and translating business needs into technical requirements• Strong organization and prioritization skills• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests simultaneously• Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver solutionsWork EnvironmentThis individual will work closely with a highly collaborative Data Services team supporting a large retail/downstream business organization. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37.00 - $47.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
