As a UX Designer - Senior Associate, you will focus on creating and enhancing the overall experience users have when interacting with a product, system, or service. Within our Advisory practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will engage in software and product innovation, focusing on developing cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, allowing you to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Designing user-centric interfaces and experiences that align with client needs and project goals - Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development - Utilizing human-centered design principles to enhance the overall user experience - Developing user personas and journey maps to guide design strategies - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs to visualize design concepts - Analyzing industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design innovation - Applying analytical thinking to solve complex design challenges and improve user satisfaction - Engaging in heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues and recommend improvements - Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate user needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
