Position Summary:
Coordinates, develops, and plans all interactions, engagements, and outreach for the Finance and Treasury department, while providing similar support to the Investor Relations organization. Supports review and validation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly presentations for the VP of Finance & Treasury on: maintenance and development of KPI tracking systems, makes recommendations on process improvement opportunities, implementation of technology tools, and management of external stakeholder systems to facilitate relationship development and enhancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validates the maintenance, development, and distribution of daily reports, including but not limited to: morning treasury strategy & capital market outlook and end of day treasury team report & capital markets debrief.
- Develop and maintain materials used to support stakeholder engagements including BD corporate and IPREO platforms for creation of a database to support stakeholder engagements, dollar wallet and fee management process, and engagement tracking system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc projects, deliverables, and drive process improvements utilizing power BI and other technology tools
- Coordinate the planning and execution of banking meetings and engagements including logistics, scheduling, and preparation of briefing materials with historical interaction tracking. Ensure stakeholder alignment on engagement schedules and deliverables.
- Respond promptly and professionally to external inquiries and requests for information; assist in developing and maintaining relationships through routine outreach and communication.
- Assist in management of inputs for finance, treasury, EPMO budget around processing invoices for subscriptions and other expenses.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Three (3) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
