岗位职责

一、 采购数据分析与洞察

1、独立定义有效数据分析维度、通过工具应用进行数据采集、清洗、建模及可视化；可根据不同品类部门业务模式及工作流程开展数据分析与报表输出，建立标准化、自动化采购数据链及报表系统

2 、根据运营节奏对部门各项指标进行分析，识别业务趋势，提供预警支持，支持业务决策与效率优化

3、深入理解采购各版块业务流程及供应链管理 ，与各团队建立良好、有效的沟通机制，并整合信息进行采购数据分析，识别风险

4、快速、及时、准确的响应部门临时数据分析需求，对异常数据能进行快速识别及根因分析

二、采购数据治理与管理

1、月度、季度对采购各指标数据结果进行监控与分析，确保采购业务合理有效的开展；

2、优化数据采集链，提升数据有效性及准确性

3、根据采购数据分析成熟度不断提升数据分析深度，驱动业务决策

任职要求

1、 统计学、数据分析、供应链管理、财务或相关专业优先

2、精通office软件、能熟练使用EXCEL、Power Query；

3、工作细致、严谨；具备优秀的数据敏感度、逻辑分析能力、结构化思维能力，对采购、供应链管理有基本的业务认知

4、具体良好的沟通协调能力
