Key Responsibilities:
- Represent F&P and provide product education to hospital anaesthesia staff
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop strategies
- Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments based on market feedback and evolving trends
- Life cycle management including the release of new innovative products
- Communicate recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, influencing product direction and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including: design, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and sales, to ensure product vision and goal alignment
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years’ experience in product management within the healthcare industry, particularly sales and marketing to hospitals
- excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- adaptability and self-motivation to succeed in a highly regulated environment
