You will have the opportunity to be involved in global healthcare marketing. You will work alongside: product development, clinical research, regulatory, and sales teams to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Represent F&P and provide product education to hospital anaesthesia staff
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop strategies
  • Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments based on market feedback and evolving trends 
  • Life cycle management including the release of new innovative products
  • Communicate recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, influencing product direction and decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including: design, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and sales, to ensure product vision and goal alignment

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • 6+ years’ experience in product management within the healthcare industry, particularly sales and marketing to hospitals
  • excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment 
  • adaptability and self-motivation to succeed in a highly regulated environment  
  • a drive to deliver exceptional results 
  • an ability to quickly navigate and understand technical concepts
