Service Delivery Manager 

Location: Camden 

Pay: £42,000 annually, company car/car allowance, plus Veolia benefits 

Hours: 40 hours

What you’ll be doing;

  • To manage a team of 34 staff in the delivery of the street cleansing service in the south of the London Borough of Camden
  • To proactively promote good working practices
  • To ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to as a priority
  • To carry out work within agreed SLA's
  • To be compliant with all company documentation, policies and procedures
  • To liaise with local client officers
  • To ensure compliance with transport law/regulations

What we’re looking for;

Essential:

  • Team Leadership and Management experience of large operative workforces
  • Full UK Driving Licence Required
  • Experience in developing/mentoring people

Desirable:

  • IOSH Managing Safely qualifications
  • Management experience within one of the following industries: Waste, Transport, Highways, Cleaning or Facilities management.
