Senior Finance Analyst - Commercial CoE

The Senior Finance Analyst - Commercial CoE will be responsible for financial analysis and commercial finance support for the EMEA Flavor Solutions business.

The responsibilities primarily include ownership and tracking of pricing activities, margin strategy and GP protection, monetization analysis, DSO optimization, forecast accuracy support, and standardized analytics for global customers and complex portfolios.

This position provides support for strategic decision-making, financial analyses, key metric reporting to management, and helps reduce forecast risk while ensuring consistent financial controls across EMEA and global customer activity.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate margin strategy improvement activities across Regional Finance and Commercial Teams, supporting GP protection and margin expansion for the EMEA Flavor Solutions business.
  • Own global clients reporting, including Scorecard and Bridge analysis, to provide clear performance visibility and insights for management.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reporting tools and dashboards to standardize analytics, improve data visibility, and support faster decision-making.
  • Support EMEA and global pricing strategy, including pricing consistency across markets for the Global Customer.
  • Support IBP forecast monetization by translating forecast data into financial insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and improving forecast accuracy.
  • Support DSO optimization through analysis, tracking, and follow-up with relevant finance and commercial stakeholders.
  • Continually standardize and optimize processes and reports across EMEA where possible, alongside ad-hoc requests.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification valued.
  • Relevant finance or business experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Commercial finance experience is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and systems skills.
  • Advanced Excel capability and experience.
  • Power BI skills are highly desired.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
  • Ability to manage own workload independently.
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams in achieving OGSMs.
  • Ability to identify process improvements.
  • Courtesy and tact, as the exchange of information is a significant part of the job.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met.
  • Ability to work independently with very little direction from supervisor.
  • Ability to work closely with management on departmental issues, with latitude for independent judgment and decision-making within defined guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of database applications.
  • Excellent interaction, relationship management, oral and written communication, and customer service skills.

Compensation: starting from PLN 9 600 gross per month Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
