Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Tax Innovation - Data and Analytics Engineering - Senior Manager, you will lead the development of AI and GenAI solutions, including analytical modeling and prompt engineering, transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive business growth. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC, you will focus on designing and developing robust data solutions for clients, playing a crucial role in enabling informed decision-making. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to direct teams through complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will contribute to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions, including analytical modeling and prompt engineering - Designing, testing, and maintaining AI architectures to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients - Transforming raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making and drive business growth - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within data and analytics projects - Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions - Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and strategic problem-solving - Initiating coaching conversations to motivate and develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams - Utilizing technical proficiency in machine learning, natural language processing, and data science to enhance AI capabilities - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify data challenges and develop innovative solutions using Azure AI Services and LangChain - Implementing retrieval-augmented generation techniques to optimize data utilization and improve business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 7 years of experience

- Leveraging skills in AI-Powered Contact Center Solutions - Utilizing Azure AI Services for innovative solutions - Applying knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Demonstrating proficiency in Python programming - Excelling in Machine Learning and Generative AI - Developing strategies using LangChain and LangGraph - Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
