The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily performance. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring experience in employee supervision, facility maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, grounds maintenance, safety, scheduling, and quality control.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between Anointed Hands Services, onsite employees, subcontractors, vendors, and the government’s designated representatives. This individual must ensure that all work is completed safely, correctly, on time, and according to the contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of facilities maintenance.
  • Supervise, schedule, train, and direct maintenance employees and assigned crews.
  • Assign daily duties and monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work quality.
  • Ensure that all services are completed according to contract standards and deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and employee-supervision skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of general building and facilities maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical systems, and general repairs.
  • Ability to identify maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
