Join Kellanova as part of our Global Business Services Finance organization, where you’ll help deliver accurate financial insights and accounting support related to discretionary expenses and employee compensation activities. Based in Querétaro, Mexico, this hybrid opportunity offers exposure to key finance processes that support business decision-making across the organization. Drawing on strong analytical and accounting foundations, you’ll contribute to month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and continuous process improvement.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary and highly engaged finance team, partnering closely with Finance Analysts and GBS team members to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to build expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, and enterprise systems while supporting a global organization known for iconic brands and a strong culture of collaboration and growth.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Month-End Financial Close: Execute month-end processes, including system validations, accruals, and financial close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Accounting Operations Management: Prepare accruals, reclassifications, and journal entries across regions and cost centers while maintaining accounting accuracy and consistency.
  • Account Reconciliation & Compliance: Complete account reconciliations and ensure accounting transactions comply with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide reporting tools, financial analysis, and actionable insights that help identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Systems & Process Consistency: Support the integrity and alignment of financial information across SAP and Anaplan while driving efficiency improvements

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or Anaplan.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience managing financial tasks in a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
