To design a transparent, high-trust user experience for advisors, ensuring that AI-generated insights are explainable, actionable, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the "Tier 1 Real-Time" explanation block, including signal types (Behavioral vs. Actuarial) and confidence labels.
- Architect the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review queues and the Advisor UI for Layer 6 delivery.
- Set UI/UX standards for how agent outputs are rendered across both
- Experience and Product/Finance domains.
- Review squad demos to ensure output quality and explainability meet standards before "Shadow Mode" promotion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in UX for AI/Decision Intelligence platforms.
- Experience designing for complex financial service professional workflows.
- Strong understanding of Information
- Architecture and Explainable AI (XAI) principles.
- Proficiency in designing structured, non-LLM generated UI components.
Soft Skills
- Empathy for the end-user (Advisor).
- Visual storytelling of complex data.
- Attention to detail regarding regulatory disclosures.
