Full description

If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.

We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Join our team at Infios as a Senior Project Manager for European projects, working closely with customers across the region and our Transportation Management (TMS) team. You will be part of our implementation team, working with all internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute Infios Transportation Management (formerly MercuryGate) projects. You will keep high-impact enterprise projects on track, on schedule, and within budget.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Lead end-to-end Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery from kickoff through go-live.
  • Partner with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to align objectives, manage expectations, and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while keeping stakeholders informed on progress.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities while balancing customer needs and business objectives.
  • Facilitate project governance, executive updates, and key decision-making sessions with customer and internal leadership teams.
  • Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure long-term customer success.

This is a remote-based role within the UK. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of industry processes and challenges.
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex enterprise software implementation projects in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS); experience with Infios TM (formerly MercuryGate) is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar project management certification is a plus.
