Accountabilities: The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical product area, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to make informed decisions in a complex product environment.

  • Define and execute the product vision and long-term roadmap while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights from interviews, support requests, and feedback channels to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end product development activities, including requirements definition, prioritization, testing, launch planning, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation for engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate product workflows, including documentation creation, prototyping, user flow development, and early concept validation.
  • Drive roadmap prioritization by balancing customer impact, business value, technical constraints, and available resources.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operational teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and effective execution.
  • Champion customer needs by building trusted relationships, managing feedback loops, and ensuring solutions address real user challenges.
  • Apply data-driven decision-making through product analytics, AI-assisted analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive product management experience within complex software environments, with a strong understanding of enterprise platforms, customer-driven product development, and AI-enabled workflows. They should be comfortable operating independently, managing ambiguity, and influencing teams toward shared outcomes.

  • Proven experience in product management within SaaS environments, ideally working with complex enterprise products, eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, or integrated software ecosystems.
  • Experience managing AI-powered products, AI workflows, data platforms, or analytics-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including strategy development, roadmap ownership, execution, launch management, and impact measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and execution across technically complex platforms with multiple dependencies.
  • Experience using AI tools to analyze qualitative research, identify trends, support prioritization, and improve product workflows.
  • Ability to prototype product concepts using AI-assisted tools, including user flows, wireframes, and early product concepts.
  • Experience using AI to accelerate product documentation while maintaining quality, clarity, and strong product judgment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools and data to support business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience collaborating with large enterprise customers and global product teams is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience is preferred.
