Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product success by ensuring timely, secure, and high-quality delivery to users
  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to plan and conduct user interviews and feedback sessions
  • Support product managers in sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives
  • Track and manage development progress, removing blockers and escalating issues to ensure delivery timelines are met
  • Plan and execute system, user acceptance (UAT), and security testing prior to product releases
  • Coordinate user onboarding and education campaigns to drive product adoption post-launch
  • Provide post-release product support, liaise with engineering teams to triage and resolve bugs
  • Maintain clear documentation, including meeting minutes, test results, product support notes, and operational procedures

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience delivering digital products in agile environments
  • Proven track record of shipping successful projects with limited resources
  • End-to-end involvement in product development, from inception to release and support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and meeting facilitation
  • Highly meticulous, persistent, and organised, with a strong sense of follow-through
  • Able to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital service standards and public sector delivery is a plus
  • Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Slack)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or Agile Project Management
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
