Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Software Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will focus primarily on crafting intuitive front-end experiences using React, while comfortably navigating and contributing to our .NET backend architecture.

What sets this role apart is our commitment to the future of software engineering. Our team operates entirely on an AI-driven Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will not just be writing code from scratch; you will leverage advanced AI tools like Claude Code, Gemini, and Rovo to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and solve complex architectural challenges. We are looking for an engineer who treats AI as a pair-programming partner and knows how to steer it effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain highly responsive and accessible user interfaces using React and modern state management libraries.
  • Work within our .NET (C#) backend to create and update server-side logic, API endpoints, and database queries.
  • Utilize Claude Code, Gemini, and Rovo to draft boilerplate, refactor legacy systems, generate test coverage, and troubleshoot bugs.
  • Ensure AI-generated code meets enterprise security standards, performance benchmarks, and best practices before merging.
  • Continuously contribute to refining development workflows to improve the efficiency of our AI-driven SDLC.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions rapidly using AI prototyping.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience, with proven expertise in designing and developing modern web applications.
  • Professional experience building scalable web applications with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Practical experience working with, debugging, or integrating against .NET / C# backend systems (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, or similar).
  • Proven experience using advanced AI coding agents (specifically Claude Code, Gemini, Rovo, or GitHub Copilot) in a professional environment.
  • Good understanding of RESTful API design and asynchronous data handling.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI into daily workflows—from requirement analysis and system design to automated code review and deployment.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software products in an agile development environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
