We are looking for Senior Java Cloud-Native Developers to join our team and contribute to innovative solutions in the FinTech industry.

The role focuses on building scalable, cloud-native applications for the banking ecosystem, using modern Java technologies, microservices, containers, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration solutions.

This is a hybrid position based in Buenos Aires with 3 days per week working from the bank's office.

This is you

• Strong professional background in Java 17+, with hands-on knowledge of Quarkus and Spring Boot for developing scalable backend applications.

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise integration, including designing distributed services and communication between systems.

• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker for deploying and managing containerized applications.

• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication, event-driven solutions, and messaging between distributed services.

• Familiarity with API Gateway and API-based architectures, with an understanding of API Economy and enterprise API integration.

• Good knowledge of CI/CD practices and modern software delivery processes for cloud-native applications.

• Understanding of Open Banking and Banking as a Service (BaaS) concepts and their application in financial technology.

• Ability to design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions in an enterprise environment.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Background in FinTech, banking, or financial services.

• Familiarity with distributed systems and modern banking integration solutions.

This is your role

• Design and develop cloud-native backend applications using Java 17+, Quarkus, and Spring Boot.

• Build and maintain microservices and enterprise integrations for banking and FinTech solutions.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs, API Gateway solutions, and services aligned with Open Banking and Banking as a Service concepts.

• Implement asynchronous and event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ.

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support reliable, automated software delivery.

• Collaborate with the team to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
