Requirements:
- 7+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Angular and modern frontend development.
- Proven experience leading the development of large-scale enterprise web applications.
- Expert knowledge of: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5
- CSS/SCSS
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and software design principles.
- Experience with performance optimization, maintainability, and scalability of web applications.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Strong interest in or practical experience with AI agentic workflows and AI-powered software engineering.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of complex Angular applications.
- Drive the implementation of new features and enhancements within a large-scale HR and payroll platform.
- Design and implement AI agentic workflows that improve business processes and user experiences.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching for frontend developers.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, backend engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making processes.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to improve productivity and software quality.
- Perform code reviews and support quality assurance through testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to frontend architecture, performance optimization, maintainability, and scalability.
