We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our Onsite Team in Barcelona and lead the transformation of our digital presence.

🔥What You’ll Do:

• Spearhead the design and development of end-to-end features, partnering with product and design;

• Own architectural decisions around state management, navigation, and performance;

• Proactively identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks — not just the ones assigned to you;

• Drive code quality through reviews and mentor other engineers on React Native and TypeScript;

• Champion tooling and process improvements that make the whole team faster.

• Work close to real users. Patient feedback reaches the team fast so you'll see the impact of what you ship on actual patients.

• Own your code end-to-end — from writing it to verifying it works in production.

🔥Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience specifically with React Native;

• Deep TypeScript and modern React knowledge;

• Experience with state management at scale and API/auth integration;

• Solid grasp of iOS/Android platform differences and performance tuning;

• Familiarity with Expo and Git.

🔥Would be a plus:

• Experience developing native modules for React Native;

• Experience with AWS and Nest.js
