About the Role
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to support visual design execution across Aramya’s digital, retail,
packaging, and marketing touchpoints.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on creating high-quality, on-brand visual assets across
formats. The emphasis is on design excellence, speed, and consistency.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Retail, and Product teams, supporting campaigns,
launches, and ongoing brand communication while maintaining strong visual standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Execute visual designs across digital, social, performance marketing, website, and CRM
assets.
● Design creatives for campaigns, product launches, seasonal drops, and sales moments.
● Support retail and offline design requirements including in-store communication, POS
materials, and packaging collaterals.
● Adapt master creatives into multiple formats and sizes with high accuracy and consistency.
● Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and visual standards.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver creatives within defined timelines.
● Coordinate with printers, vendors, or external partners when required for production
readiness.
Key Skills & Qualifications
● 3–4 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design (fashion,
lifestyle, D2C, or consumer brands preferred).
● Strong command over Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic motion/video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus.
● Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
● Ability to translate briefs into clean, aesthetically strong visual outputs.
● Detail-oriented with high quality standards.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with quick turnaround times.
