Job Summary

Kirby Group are seeking a motivated associate to join our Process and Performance Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across key areas such as business process management and improvement, data analysis, project management, and reporting, whilst playing a crucial role in advancing the company’s operational performance. This is a unique chance to develop a robust foundation for a career in business process and change management where your contributions will directly influence operational excellence and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business leaders to manage existing business processes, workflows and procedures.
  • Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement and implement recommended changes.
  • Support portfolio management of improvement initiatives across the business.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop critical business reports for senior management, leveraging data analytics tools and technologies to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Support business change management activities.
  • Assist business leaders with the planning and facilitation of workshops.
  • Engage with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure process execution and compliance, whilst ensuring adherence to relevant Kirby Group and industry standards.
  • Assist with the development of digital solution requirements and partner closely with IT teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • 0-2 years industry or consulting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, IT or any related field.
  • Masters’ qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficient with data analytics tools, including Power BI would be desirable.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of their work.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about their career and progression.
