Role Accountabilities
- Lead and inspire project teams, supporting development, sharing best practice and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure strong commercial performance.
- Deliver multiple projects and programmes successfully, balancing quality, cost and schedule objectives.
- Provide strategic advice on risk management, governance, compliance and healthcare sector requirements.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities to maintain project momentum.
- Use project and commercial data to drive informed decisions and improve project outcomes.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing project delivery and client value.
- Work closely with colleagues across Arcadis to bring together the right expertise for every project.
- Build trusted client relationships, creating exceptional experiences that lead to repeat business and future opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience successfully managing projects from inception through to completion.
- Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable, ideally including ProCure22, ProCure23 or similar healthcare capital programmes.
- Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline.
- Professional qualification and/or chartered status.
- Valid CSCS card.
