Right now, we are looking for a Network Engineer Senior to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and resolve critical and complex network incidents;
  • Provide specialized Level 3 (L3) technical support;
  • Lead technical activities during Major Incident situations;
  • Administer and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks;
  • Manage SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, and Network Virtualization environments;
  • Plan and implement complex network changes;
  • Define and validate network architectures and technical solutions;
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and recurring issues;
  • Lead network performance optimization and capacity management initiatives;
  • Administer advanced network security technologies and controls;
  • Provide technical leadership for implementation and migration projects;
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure and operational automation solutions;
  • Define technical standards, procedures, and best practices;
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers;
  • Manage technical relationships with vendors and technology manufacturers;
  • Produce and maintain high-level technical documentation;
  • Participate in governance meetings and technical customer engagements;
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Ensure the technical quality, stability, and reliability of network

services;

  • Support Service Delivery teams in service management and technology

evolution.

You must have:

  • Proven experience in Network Operations, Administration and Support;
  • Strong expertise in LAN, WAN, WLAN and Data Center networking;
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience providing Level 3 (L3) network support;
  • Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching technologies (BGP, OSPF,

STP, QoS, VRF);

  • Experience with network security technologies, including Firewalls

and VPNs;

  • Experience leading complex incident resolution and Root Cause

Analysis (RCA);

  • Experience planning and implementing complex network changes;
  • Experience working with vendors and technology manufacturers;
  • Experience producing technical documentation and network designs;
  • Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management processes;
  • Customer-facing experience in Managed Services environments;
  • CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent certification/experience).
