Your Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a comprehensive, high-quality real estate fund dataset by collecting information from a wide range of public sources and directly from fund managers.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through robust validation, quality assurance, and investigative analysis.
- Identify, research, and resolve data anomalies, inconsistencies, and outliers before information is published, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Partner with clients and fund managers to gather detailed information, respond to inquiries, explain methodologies, and build strong professional relationships.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and internally developed applications every day to accelerate data collection, validation, and quality control. This is an AI-enabled role where technology is central to how we work.
- Help design, optimize, and automate data workflows, contributing ideas that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality across the entire pipeline.
- Analyze trends and data patterns to support quality decisions and communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Document methodologies, validation rules, quality controls, and operational processes to ensure consistency, transparency, and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Continuously explore new ways to improve processes by embracing emerging AI capabilities, automation, and best practices in data management.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, validate information, and draw well-supported conclusions.
- Experience or academic background in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless commitment to delivering accurate, reliable, and high-quality data.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage directly with fund managers and clients through both written and verbal communication.
- AI proficiency is essential. This is an AI-enabled role where AI and automation tools are used extensively every day. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable integrating AI into their workflow, eager to experiment with new technologies, and committed to continuously expanding their AI capabilities.
- Strong Excel skills, along with experience using data management, analytics, or automation tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Understanding of private markets and private fund structures, with knowledge of how investment funds operate and report information.
- A structured, process-driven approach with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for finding smarter, more efficient ways to collect, validate, and manage data.
