Aristocrat is looking for a Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our outstanding team! This role is a critical part of our Global Supply Chain Finance team and will support the reporting and analysis for our Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development of the annual financial plan and contribute to forecasting activities
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and executive-level materials
  • Analyze financial and operational results to uncover trends, explain variances to budget/forecast, highlight potential risks and/or opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations to senior management
  • Work with department leaders to understand key expense drivers in order to enhance financial modeling and forecast accuracy
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and supply chain departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Over 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a supply chain environment.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, xlookups, sumifs, index/match, etc).
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively with others.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring numbers throughout reports and presentations are accurate and align.
  • Ambitious approach with a drive to compete and excel in a dynamic environment.
