Why this role matters
We are looking for an experienced Business System Analyst to join our Payment Integrations team.
Our team connects payment providers and payment methods across different markets, helping ensure a reliable payment experience for Exness clients. You will take responsibility for payment integrations throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis and communication to implementation support, testing, and launch.
You will join an experienced and collaborative team with well-established processes and extensive domain knowledge. The role combines business and system analysis and requires accuracy, ownership, and the ability to deliver consistently within agreed timelines.
This is an office-based role in Limassol, Cyprus.
What you'll actually do
- Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation for payment integrations, analysis, and documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, exceptions, dependencies, and edge cases.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date specifications and act as the main point of contact for requirement clarification.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external payment providers to clarify requirements and resolve open questions.
- Define integration flows, interfaces, data mappings, and system behaviour in collaboration with Solution Architects and engineering teams.
- Support Developers and QA Engineers throughout implementation, testing, and production launch.
- Take responsibility for delivery quality, timelines, and effective coordination across all involved parties.
- Work within established integration processes while identifying opportunities for practical improvements.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Business System Analyst in software development.
- Strong knowledge of requirements management techniques, including Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN, and UML.
- Hands-on experience designing technical solutions and system integrations from scratch.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, Web Services, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience designing integration flows involving multiple systems, databases, and messaging technologies such as Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of non-functional requirements, system architecture, data flows, information security, and basic UI/UX principles.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other transaction-based products would be an advantage.
