Job Description

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end service delivery for sourcing operations, ensuring alignment with strategic procurement goals and business expectations.

Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance metrics across sourcing processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category managers, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of sourcing strategies.

Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, risk mitigation, and value delivery.

Provide leadership and guidance to sourcing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Support transformation initiatives and digital sourcing tools adoption to enhance efficiency and transparency.
