Job Description
Acumatica is looking for an Associate Product Manager for Platform AI with a passion for applied AI in B2B software. This involves understanding how AI capabilities solve real customer problems across the ERP platform.
What you will do:
Product Planning and Execution
- Support the AI product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Coordinate with development and marketing teams through market requirements, user and buyer personas, product planning, and communication.
- Help create, maintain, and present internal/external AI product roadmaps.
- Support business cases for AI initiatives and objectives, ensuring senior management has the information necessary to make informed decisions.
- Support end-to-end delivery of AI functionality across the platform.
Market Analysis
- Perform market analysis including research, technology assessment, competitive landscape and analysis, and identification of AI-related market problems.
- Contact and visit existing Customers and Partners to gather requirements and gain market knowledge on AI use cases.
- Participate in events, seminars, and customer demos.
- Document and present market and product requirements.
Product Launch Readiness
- Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale for AI features.
- Support new product release activities and coordination across the organization.
- Support customer demos, interviews, and onboarding/setup for AI features.
- Support application teams, VARs, and ISVs in the enablement of AI tools built by the Platform AI team.
- Identify beta customers and support the beta and managed availability release processes.
- Review documentation and training materials and provide feedback and guidance to Education teams.
- Review output of the Quality Assurance group to ensure AI features are built and delivered to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
You are a great fit for this position if:
- You have exposure to ERP, SaaS, or business application concepts (through coursework, internships, or prior experience).
- You have at least 1-3 years' experience in a product management, business analyst, product owner, development, coordination, and/or delivery role within business applications.
- You possess a unique blend of business and technical curiosity, with genuine enthusiasm for AI capabilities and their real-world application.
- You enjoy engaging directly with customers to understand their use of our products and find innovative AI-driven solutions.
- You are detail oriented and organized, with strong decision-making and time-management skills.
- You know how to listen, ask questions, and solve problems.
- You are self-driven and realistic about your goals.
- You have exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- You are able and willing to travel to the United States as needed.

For this role, the salary range is $100,000-120,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
