Key Responsibilities:
- Gain insight into the demands and business models of internal and external customers, communicate with customers to accurately capture business requirements, and assist in sorting out and analyzing their business processes.
- Design the overall technical architecture and implementation solutions based on actual business demands, decompose business requirements into each system and module, and realize end-to-end closed-loop business processes.
- Manage system requirement changes, deliver change notifications to relevant departments and personnel in a timely manner, and minimize the negative impact of requirement changes on existing systems.
- Participate in the product solution design of the product and R&D team, conduct system testing, and assist customers in project acceptance to ensure the delivered systems fully meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Be proficient in relevant business systems, take charge of daily system operation management, and resolve routine system operational issues independently.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Management or other related fields, with 3+ years of IT working experience.
- Familiar with C-end and B-end product design, proficient in requirement research methods and prototype design; skilled in using Visio, Axure and Modao, with strong product design and technical documentation capabilities.
- Familiar with at least one business process among marketing, sales, after-sales and supply chain management; experienced in common enterprise systems such as e-commerce, New Retail, CRM, DMS, SRM, WMS, QMS, MES and ERP.
- Familiar with software development processes and software engineering standards; experienced in leading and implementing IT projects with a full understanding of the IT project implementation lifecycle; IT project management experience is preferred.
- Possess strong logical thinking and self-motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills.
- Chinese speaking is preferred. Candidates with automotive industry or automobile manufacturer experience are prioritized. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German or other additional foreign languages is a plus.
